1. Fill out the form online or return it via fax or mail.

Within seven days you normally will receive an offer on your property.
3. If you accept the offer, escrow will be
opened at a nationally recoginzed title company in the County and State in which your property is located. The title company
acts as a disinterested third party providing safety for both the buyer and seller. Payment is sent by us to the title company
and your paperwork is sent directly to the title company, the title company essentially then 'makes the switch' and issues
the buyer the deed and the seller the funds.
4. Approximately three to four weeks later, you will receive closing
documents from the title company.
5. Shortly after you return the closing documents to the title company, you will
receive certified funds directly from the title company.
